The Plan of God versus The Plan of Satan

Each person has a plan for his or her life according to the Word of God. We have been predestined for greatness and the highest purpose of God. However, the enemy of our souls has another plan for our lives.
Satan’s plan is activated by fear, selfishness, lack of self-control, lack of faith and many other weaknesses that Satan and his dupes feed upon to try and ruin the lives of all human beings.
I am very sad to hear many “Christians” receiving dreams, visions, and revelations which are actually Satan’s plans for our lives, our country and the world. The Bible purposely leaves dates, times, places and the specific details open, so that people can repent even as Nineveh repented, and the people of Nineveh were delivered from their own destruction due to their repentance for the sins that would have caused them to be annihilated.
Before I went overseas as a Missionary for 13 years; I had several terrible dreams. At first, I thought they were from the Lord, and I thought they were prophetic. However, later, I realized that they were Satan’s plan for me and many others. The dream was not God’s plan for me, but it was sent my demon spirits so that if I believed it; it would produce fear in me and propel the dreams into reality.
Later, I determined not to receive those horrible dreams, and I prayed for the faith that I needed to believe for God’s perfect will and what He wanted for my life. He gave me several very wonderful dreams that were not from the second heaven where Satan has his plans; but the dreams were from the third heaven and from the throne of almighty God.
I believe so many Christians are getting dreams that are nightmares, and they should not be received as if they were going to come to pass. Lack of faith in God and fear will cause those evil dreams to take root and bear fruit.
However, if you instead pray for the Lord’s Kingdom to come in your life and His will to be done; you can know that the Lord has a wonderful plan for you despite the many tribulations that are going on around us.
It is through much tribulation that we enter into the Kingdom of God. Don’t be deceived into receiving Satan’s dreams, thoughts and visions as if they were from The Lord Jesus Christ. Satan is a great impostor, deceiver and trickster.
Many Christians are being deceived by speaking out the demonic dreams they are receiving, as if they were from God. Their words are actually promoting the ungodly plans of Satan which can be reversed through prayer, worship, fasting, and proclaiming the Word of God.
We are to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and we should not be speaking out negative, ungodly visions, thoughts and dreams that are sent from the second, Satanic heaven.
Speak out the Word of God, as Jesus prayed, “Thy Kingdom come; They perfect will be done in earth as it is in heaven”. We need to proclaim God’s plans, and purposes to be done in earth.
We are to occupy and take our territory until the Lord returns. We are to be like Joshua, Caleb, Josiah, Elijah and Jehu. We are to be ambassadors of The Lord Jesus Christ, and we are not to declare the plans of Satan.
I hear many well meaning Christians quoting what they hear that is doom and gloom, and they don’t realize that these are the lies and plans of the enemy, and the enemy is using Christians to promote his agenda.
Please let us not let the plans, words and agenda of Satan ever be spoken out of our mouths. Let us speak the Truth of God’s Word in love.
Yes, we will go through many afflictions, but always remember that the Lord Jesus Christ delivers us out of them all. Hallelujah! Have faith in God’s Word, and do not listen to the lies of Satan which will attempt to destroy your faith, your hope, your love, your enthusiasm for the Lord’s plans and purposes.
I realized that Satan gave me those horrible dreams before I went overseas to try and frighten me, and to try and discourage me in my work. However, it taught me a great lesson in my walk with God. God’s dreams are always redemptive, and they will never leave you without hope, joy and peace.
Let’s start quoting what The Word says about His people even through much tribulation; He is always with us, and nothing can every separate us from God’s love, protection, and care for those who love Him, and for those who are called according to His glorious purposes.

The Time My Mother Died

The Time My Mother Died
Margaret (Peggy) Kannaday

The title of this article sounds very sad; however; it is a testimony of God’s triumph over death. “O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory?” 1 Cor. 15:55).
My whole life, I had been dreading the demise of my beloved mother. I had always wondered how I would get through it victoriously.
I had been working overseas in an Interdenominational Ministry for many years, and so I began to pray for God’s timing for me to go home to the states.
I prayed for seven years, and then the right time was revealed to me, and I was able to go home in 2003.
Soon after arriving in the states; I got a call that my mother was in grave condition. I immediately went to the facility where she was located and found her emaciated and under strong medication. I was unable to actually talk to her due to her condition.
My mother was 89 years old, and so she had lived a long life, but I had never seen her so helpless looking.
I remembered how when she was much younger; she had rheumatoid arthritis, and she would not take the medication because of the severe side effects. She could not walk for one year, and my daughter and I decided to take her to an evening meeting where an evangelist was having a healing service.
We had to carry my mother into the church, and help her to the front. When she was waiting to be prayed for; she saw a blind person there, and she thought how much worse that person’s condition was than her own.
She prayed for the blind person, as she had a compassion for that person. My mother was completely healed that night, and I remembered the Scripture, “Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (James 5:26).
My mother became a new person, and she did one hour’s worth of exercises daily. It was like God gave her a new beginning at that time in her life.
It was very heart wrenching to see my mother in the condition that I found her in 2003, as she had been so youthful and physically active previously.
My prayer partner, Ali, and I prayed for mother, we quoted Scriptures, and we rubbed my mother’s painfully thin arms. My mother had a hopeless look of pain on her face.
Then at 5 a.m. the next morning; I was told that my mother had died. I went to the facility, and to my amazement; I found my mother smiling, and her face glowing.
My mother had passed into another realm with a smile on her face. What a beautiful sight.
I realized that I was so fortunate to have been right there to be with my mother and to experience her glowing face and to see her peaceful smile. If I had not come to the states at the precise timing of the Lord; I would have missed that awesome experience.
I praise God for His wonderful goodness and mercy, which is from everlasting to everlasting.
I had always thought that the funeral of one of parents would be devastating to me, and I couldn’t bring myself to even think about my parents’ funerals. What a difference knowing the Lord Jesus Christ makes, as He was present with me in an extraordinary way. I was completely enveloped in The Father’s love and the Presence of The Lord Jesus Christ. I was overflowing with the love, joy and peace of The Lord.
I never would have believed that I could experience such joy at the funeral of either one of my parents, but I was filled with the joy of The Lord!
We cannot even imagine what the Lord has prepared for each one of His beloved people.
Joh 14:3, “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”
Hallelujah!
