Be Faithful Unto Death, and Receive a Crown of Life

Dear Friends,

I am hearing all kinds of doctrines today.  We must learn to “fear nothing” because fear will be one of the main tools to ensnare Christians into making the wrong decisions in the coming days.

Jesus says that we overcome Satan by the Blood of The Lamb, the Word of our testimony, and we do not love our lives unto the death.  We must overcome all fear of man, death, and suffering in order to be over comers.

What did Jesus say about the last days?
(Rev. 2:10) “Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”
The Word of God tells us that every person that tries to live a righteous and godly life “will” be persecuted. We are told to rejoice because the true prophets were also lied about and persecuted for righteousness sake. It comes with the territory. I just wonder why more of us are not being lied about, persecuted and attacked, because it is happening in this country and all over the world.
We shouldn’t wonder why we are being lied about and persecuted, but we should wonder why we are not being lied about and persecuted.
When The Lord Jesus walked this earth; he was consistently warning us about the “religious” people who were nothing but wolves in disguise. He constantly warned about the coming persecutions, trials and tribulations, but He told us not to worry because He had overcome the world.
He was always telling us to watch and pray, to repent and be ready for His return 24/7. When His disciples asked Him if those that were killed by the tower were worse sinners than them, Jesus told them to repent or they would likewise perish. In short, every disaster we see (i.e. Haiti’s earthquake) are signs for us to repent or we likewise will perish.
The Lord taught His disciples to pray, “Thy Kingdom Come; Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven”. If only we would pray according to The Lord’s will instead of our own will, knowledge and desires. Father always knows best, and we can put our 100% trust in Him regarding every area of our lives, our families, our work, our city, our country and the world. Yes, our faith will be tested, but I pray that it will come out as pure gold in the end.
We are told by The Lord Jesus to deny ourselves, take up our crosses and follow Him daily. In The Kingdom of God, death brings life, up is down, last is first, and poor is rich.
Listen to Jesus as He tells us the Truth, The Way and what will bring us Life. A famous martyr once said, “It is no fool who gives what he cannot save to gain what he cannot lose”.
If we die to ourselves daily; Jesus will increase, and we will decrease. We will be growing into the image of Jesus Christ. That is our goal. Christ in us; the hope of glory.
The messages that we are getting these days are very confusing, and God is not confused. He has made the Truth very clear, simple and easy to understand in His Word. He gave us countless parables about the end times.
Remember the five wise virgins who had their oil ready at all times. We need to have the oil of The Holy Spirit buring in our hearts and lives, and we need to put The Lord Jesus Christ first now, today. We are not promised tomorrow.
The details of our lives are puposely obscure because our walk is a total walk of faith. What is crucial is very clear, but our walk is by faith, trusting in The Lord each step of the way.
Where are the Jonah’s of today? Ninevah repented down to the cows, and they were unspeakably wicked. May The Lord raise up those who will warn the people in America, just like the people of Ninevah were warned.
Jesus says, “Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand”.
We don’t want to hear that, but it is the truth. All of us need to repent because we have all fallen short of the glory of God. We all need to “Humble ourselves, pray, seek The Face of Almighty God, and turn from out wicked ways, and then The Lord promised that He will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, and heal our lands”.
This is our only hope.
